How to Make Spicy Yellow Curry Paste

Do you know you can make your own spicy yellow curry paste at home? It’s so easy to make and tastes absolutely incredible! You can freeze this paste and use it whenever you are craving yellow curry. Simply mix this paste with your favorite coconut milk and serve with some fresh steamed veggies and jasmine rice!
Spicy Yellow Curry Paste Ingredients
2 yellow onion
2 stalks of green onion (just the green part)
4 serrano pepper (remove most of the seeds)
1 habanero pepper
2 green bell pepper (remove the seeds)
2 tsp minced garlic
3 tsp lime juice
2 tsp ground ginger
1tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp turmeric
Instructions
- peel the onion and chop it into 1-inch chunks, sautee with water until softened, and drain off any extra water
- take all of the ingredients and place them in a food processer, puree
Tips: if your food processor is very small you might have to do several batches and then stir the paste together in a bowl
