Terikayi Brown Sugar Chicken Breast Ingredients (serves 2-4)

2 chicken breasts
1/8 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp sriracha sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken in a glass bowl and pour all ingredients over the chicken, stir & leave in the fridge for 24 hours to marinate
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F, and let the chicken rest on the counter while you preheat the oven (this will help to bring it closer to room temperature before it starts cooking)
  3. Using a meat thermometer cook the chicken breast in its marinade uncovered in a glass pie dish until it reaches an internal temperature of 167°F, let the chicken rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing it up

Tips: You can save the sauce the teriyaki brown sugar chicken breast baked in and pour it on top for extra flavor!
