How to Make Spicy Vegan Chili

Spicy Vegan Chili Ingredients
1 large onion chopped
2 cans diced tomatoes
3 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup water
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp chili powder
1.5 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 can kidney beans
1/2 cup mild salsa
garnish:
chopped green onions
Instructions
1) Add all ingredients to the slow cooker and stir
2) cook for 3-4 hours on high
3) garnish with chopped green onion
Tips: add more salt to taste as needed!
