I recently made this piquillo pepper hummus for a potluck, and it was a huge hit! I wanted something mild because kids were going to be there and I thought these tasty but mild peppers would be perfect! What a pretty color these peppers are! I love to use them in breakfast dishes but they are perfect for hummus! I recommend making this recipe a day before the event so that the garlic can really absorb into the dip and enhance the flavor. 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp sugar
