This delicious recipe for ginger teriyaki tofu is so good that you’ll want to make it once a week. It only takes a few moments to prepare & you can eat it cold or hot. This is a very healthy recipe and it’s very light & summery. So yummy! This ginger teriyaki tofu would go great in ramen too! This dish is vegan but also a great source of protein. I like to use extra-firm tofu but you could certainly use a different style of tofu if you prefer. I like to serve this dish with broccoli but you could serve it with any veggie that you love!
