Ever wonder how to make a classic mimosa? It’s as easy as can be and only has two ingredients. Mimosa’s are so wonderful for weekend brunch as well as spring & summer holidays. Throwing a bridal shower? Have a mimosa bar & set out a variety of juices to choose from! There are endless amounts of flavor combinations you can try if you want to get creative! These cocktails are so lovely in the summertime and so festive for special occasions. Best of all, easy as can be!

Ingredients (serves 2)

1 champagne split (187 mL)
3/4 cup pulp-free orange juice

Instructions

  1. pour the champagne split equally into two champagne flutes
  2. top glasses with orange juice until they are almost full

Tips: like your mimosas extra cold? You can pour all the ingredients into a mason jar and freeze for 20 minutes before serving (you can even chill the glasses if you like!) Not a fan of pulp-free and love all the pulp you can get? No problem! Use orange juice with pulp! Not an OJ fan and like other types of juice? Get creative! I’m hoping to post lots of variations on this classic recipe so check back for more mimosa ideas! If you like a stronger mimosa than this recipe you can certainly go lighter on the orange juice!
